Founder
Rita Bastos is the founder of Expandís, an executive coach and organizational development consultant.
With over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, she held leadership roles across various areas, including recent years in multinational companies as Marketing Director, Strategy Lead, and General Manager.
Throughout that journey, she noticed recurring challenges: siloed work, low collaboration, and leadership under constant pressure—lacking purpose.
In 2025, she chose to turn that personal path into a professional mission. She left the corporate world to create Expandís, with the aim of supporting leaders and organizations — from the perspective of someone who’s been on the inside.
She did her training in Coaching with the Co-Active Institute and IE Business School, and deepened her practice through multiple certifications in the field.
Expandís is the expression of her purpose: to move people and organizations in a practical, human, and purpose-driven way.
